We have received two notices regarding certain Ferno cots, or stretchers, which are being investigated for possible stress fractures or metal fatigue.
The first is from Ferno, explaining the problem, how to check your stretcher, and what to do about it.
The second letter is from Department of Health in Massachusetts, clarifying which model stretcher is being investigated.
