From the East: take Church Street west, across town. This is a 2-way street until you reach Hoffman Street, when it becomes 1-way West. The EMSTAR office is on the right, about 7/10 of a mile from Hoffman Street, on the corner of Demarest Parkway.
From the West: take Route 352 East. There is one traffic light at Winters Road in Big Flats. The next traffic light is in West Elmira, where Church and Water Streets come together. Church Street is 1-way west, so stay on Water Street (1-way East) for about 1.2 miles. Look for Demarest Parkway, and turn left. Go one block, cross Church Street, and EMSTAR will be on your right.
