Please review the New York State Certified First Responder BLS Protocol, which can be found at http://www.health.state.ny.us/nysdoh/ems/pdf/cfrprotocol.pdf. This is a PDF file; you need Adobe Acrobat (free) to read it. You may want to print it out for reference. You may also obtain a printed copy from your fire chief or the EMSTAR office (732-2354).
After you review the protocols, print out the test, mark your answers and fax it to 607-732-2661 or mail it to EMSTAR, 1058 W. Church St., Elmira NY 14905. Be sure your name is on it, and select whether you want a certificate for 1 hour of Continuing Education credit or a $5 coupon toward registration for the October 22, 2005 EMS Conference.
